FlazTech provides AI-powered custom software development services, and these terms govern your use of our website, project inquiries, and engagement of our development services. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

FlazTech designs and builds custom technology solutions powered by AI, including but not limited to: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Human Resource Management (HRM), Order Management Systems (OMS), e-commerce platforms, and custom AI/ML integrations. We leverage advanced AI throughout our development process to deliver enterprise-grade software 3x faster while maintaining 95%+ code quality. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any service offering as our technology evolves.

When you submit a project inquiry through our contact form or engage our services, you agree to provide accurate business and contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any project credentials, access tokens, or system accounts shared during our collaboration. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to shared project resources.

The FlazTech website, brand, development methodologies, and proprietary tools are owned by FlazTech and protected by intellectual property laws. For custom software built for clients: upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom code developed specifically for their project. FlazTech retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, reusable components, and AI-assisted development tools used in the process. Specific IP arrangements are detailed in individual project agreements.

You retain full ownership of all business data, requirements, specifications, and content you provide during our engagement. By sharing project information with us, you grant FlazTech a limited license to use that information solely for the purpose of delivering your software solution. We will not use your proprietary business data to train AI models or share it with other clients.

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information in project inquiries
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate FlazTech's proprietary development tools or AI workflows
• Use our services to build software intended for illegal purposes or that violates third-party rights
• Interfere with our website, systems, or other clients' projects through unauthorized access or malicious activity

FlazTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, business interruption, loss of data, or loss of profits. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to FlazTech for services in the twelve months preceding the claim. Specific liability terms for software development projects are defined in individual project agreements.

You agree to indemnify and hold FlazTech harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of our website, your violation of these terms, your provision of inaccurate project requirements, or any third-party claims related to how you use software solutions we build for you.

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website at any time without prior notice for violation of these terms. For active software development projects, termination procedures and deliverable handover are governed by the specific project agreement between FlazTech and the client. Upon termination of website access, your right to use our website and online services will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the competent courts of Vietnam.

We reserve the right to modify these terms as our services evolve and as we adopt new technologies in our AI-powered development process. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
